Warranty Coverage

Cat Habitat provides a 7-year warranty on materials and workmanship for all cat enclosure and cat netting installations, effective from the date of installation.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that impact the functionality or security of the enclosure. Where a fault is found to be our responsibility, we will repair or replace the affected component at no cost.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Structural movement or failure of buildings, fences, or posts
Weather events, falling trees or branches, or external forces
Vegetation growth, trees, or foliage pushing into or through the enclosure
Animals other than your cats
Vandalism or accidental damage (e.g. cutting, impact, tools or equipment)
Misuse, neglect, modification, or interference with the enclosure
Work carried out by third parties

Important Conditions

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Customers are responsible for maintaining clear space around the enclosure, including managing nearby trees and vegetation.
Regular visual checks are recommended to ensure ongoing safety and performance.

Cat Safety & Escapes

Our enclosures are designed and installed to be highly secure. If an issue relating directly to our materials or workmanship results in a fault that could allow a cat to escape, we will address it promptly at no additional cost. Our responsibility is limited to rectifying the installation or materials involved.
